Mauser cock on open conversion
I have a couple 98's that cock on opening and a swede 96 that cocks on closing. Dayton Traister is the most popular and easily found conversion kit.
The big advantage to cock on opening conversions is a much shorter firing pin fall, thus quicker lock time.

The only thing I would recommend to do, is to get a small carbide drill bit and use it to drill a hole at the point where the cutout in the bolt should end.
